Project Coordinator Role

Our ideal candidate has a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. We are looking for someone who holds tertiary qualifications in Civil, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent) and has experience working in infrastructure or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Material Requisitions and Returns
  • Support the Development and Maintenance of Project Schedules
  • Communicate Timelines and Updates to Field Teams
  • Collaborate with Contractors to Support Progress and Performance
  • Assist with Financial Tracking and Design Updates
  • Review and Manage Open Defects and Contractor Claims

You bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • A solid understanding of telecommunications pit and pipe, and aerial optic fibre infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
  • Experience in project reporting and performance tracking
