About the role
As a Project Manager (Telecommunications) at Lynham Networks, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality telecommunications projects. This full-time position will see you managing the end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead meetings among project stakeholders
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, to coordinate project activities
- Handle administrative tasks for Project Director to keep the project running smoothly
- Ensures projects are delivered according to defined scope and to budget
- Identify, assess project risks and issues and dependencies, and provide solutions where applicable
- Coordinate and negotiate quotations for projects
- Manage project documentation (schematics, scope, purchase orders, BoM Lists)
- Ensuring project information data is current (i.e. project status and schedule updates) and project documentation into project management technology tool
- Manage internal and external project stakeholders (e.g. builders, electrical contractors, external contractors, service consultants, developers, suppliers, etc.)
- Provide clear communication of project status and performance to stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating concerns as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and efficiencies
- Provide support to other team members as mutually agreed and as required
- Conduct site inspections and documentations
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecommunications projects from initiation to completion
- Excellent project management skills / project planning expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and stakeholder management, with capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation skills (Stakeholder management)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with Telecommunications knowledge
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies
- Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry standards, regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated working knowledge & experience in using AutoCAD
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Project Management (e.g. PMP, CAPM)
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
- Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience
