About the role

As a Project Manager (Telecommunications) at Lynham Networks, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality telecommunications projects. This full-time position will see you managing the end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead meetings among project stakeholders
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, to coordinate project activities
  • Handle administrative tasks for Project Director to keep the project running smoothly
  • Ensures projects are delivered according to defined scope and to budget
  • Identify, assess project risks and issues and dependencies, and provide solutions where applicable
  • Coordinate and negotiate quotations for projects
  • Manage project documentation (schematics, scope, purchase orders, BoM Lists)
  • Ensuring project information data is current (i.e. project status and schedule updates) and project documentation into project management technology tool
  • Manage internal and external project stakeholders (e.g. builders, electrical contractors, external contractors, service consultants, developers, suppliers, etc.)
  • Provide clear communication of project status and performance to stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating concerns as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and efficiencies
  • Provide support to other team members as mutually agreed and as required
  • Conduct site inspections and documentations

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecommunications projects from initiation to completion
  • Excellent project management skills / project planning expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and stakeholder management, with capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong facilitation skills (Stakeholder management)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with Telecommunications knowledge
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of telecommunications industry standards, regulations and best practices
  • Demonstrated working knowledge & experience in using AutoCAD
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Project Management (e.g. PMP, CAPM)
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
  • Valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience
