You will be responsible for managing operational processes, supporting road safety initiatives, and coordinating programs to achieve safe and efficient outcomes for school communities.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitate the management of road safety operations across geographically diverse locations, administering related human resource processes including recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll functions, and staff performance.
- Support the implementation of road safety programs within the Road Safety unit and contribute to team objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agreed road safety outcomes and comply with customer service quality and performance standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
