Job Description:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most well-known spirits brands in the industry. Your role involves working on exciting activations, leading music events, and collaborating with a dynamic marketing team.

The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and support the Dark Spirits and RTD team in developing brand-building activities for these iconic brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing and Dark Spirits and RTD brand team in the development and implementation of brand plans and activations
  • Briefing and coordinating with partner agencies on specific projects and marketing initiatives
  • Managing specified project marketing spend budgets, profitability, and monthly reconciliations of spend
  • Collaborating across the business, managing stakeholders to achieve key business objectives
  • Working with local brand ambassadors to maximise the brand within the trade
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a business-related discipline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Social media management experience is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in sport and music
