Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Client Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our investors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unit Registry Oversight: Monitor and support the outsourced unit registry's service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting, distributions, and rebates processing.
  • Investor Support: Provide high-level service to existing and prospective investors, responding to queries in a timely manner and demonstrating Capital Group's commitment to superior client service.
  • Platform and Management Fee Rebates: Manage platform and management fee rebates agreements and payments, coordinating with internal teams and external parties as needed.
  • Distributor Oversight: Conduct quarterly AU DDO monitoring and due diligence on distributor activities, reporting to governance groups and participating in DDO working groups.
  • Tax and Fund Administration: Liaise with Europe-based Tax and Fund Administration teams to assist with custody, fund account, and financial reporting matters.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the quality of team processes and business acumen, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and risk management.
Requirements
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AU managed funds industry, client services, and applicable regulation.
  • Ability to evaluate and address data confidentiality and security concerns.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to develop relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information about Capital Group's AU funds and policies.
