**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Safety Officer to assist in the development and implementation of our safety policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and safety principles and practices, and will be able to provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure a safe working environment.



**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  • Direct accident investigation procedures and conduct thorough root cause analyses
  • Keep accurate records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement



**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a safety coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in reporting and developing policies
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills
  • Diligent with an analytical mind
