Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, strategically growing accounts, and delivering exceptional service and results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all client communication, including face-to-face, phone, email, and shared documents.
  • Foster client relationships and strategically grow accounts through win-win service offerings.
  • Monitor client performance using tools like Google Analytics and formulate strategies to meet client goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver powerful client results.
  • Manage timelines and expectations for client deliverables and projects.
  • Create and deliver monthly and quarterly client reports, including email summaries and detailed client questions.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives, including handling referrals from client bases.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management experience (1 year minimum) with a clear understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
