  • A commercially-minded senior lawyer with 5-10 years of experience in the commercial legal field is sought for an exciting new role.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and significant contracts and projects, as well as develop and manage dispute resolution, legal functions, and commercial contracts. As a senior in-house lawyer, you will have substantial responsibility and the chance to utilise your broad legal skill sets.

You will be involved in managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, as well as conducting general commercial litigation, disputes with suppliers, and matters relating to defective product claims. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in contract negotiation and drafting, deals involving importing materials, intellectual property work, and building AI and digital capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years (and no more than 10 years) experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm. They should have a top-tier or mid-tier background and be looking for an in-house counsel role that will allow them to assist with the development and management of dispute resolution, legal functions, and commercial contracts.
