Job Description

We are seeking a commercially minded senior lawyer with 5-10 years of experience to join our client's growing team.

This is a diverse and challenging in-house legal role that will appeal to a capable litigation and commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity to assist with the development and management of dispute resolution, legal functions, and commercial contracts.

You will work alongside a highly respected Senior General Counsel and be involved in managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. There will also be opportunities to utilise other broad legal skill sets.

Litigation work will include general commercial litigation, disputes with suppliers, matters relating to defective product claims, and misleading and deceptive conduct. Commercial work will include exciting contract negotiation and drafting, deals involving importing materials, intellectual property work, and building AI and digital capabilities.
