Childcare Program Development Specialist

The Early Childhood Education Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and management of center-based Head Start and Early Head Start services.
This position involves formulating and implementing early childhood education programs that align with the organization's mission. The manager ensures that corrective actions are taken in response to ongoing monitoring of center-based programs and develops systems to ensure effective implementation of program services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising, directing, and evaluating assigned staff members;
- Organizing and prioritizing work tasks to achieve program goals;
- Attending and participating in meetings, conferences, seminars, and workshops;
- Representing the organization and promoting its mission and objectives through public speaking engagements.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
- Three years of work experience, including lead or supervisory roles;
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including fingerprinting, drug testing, medical examinations, and background checks.
