About our client
An opportunity has become available in the renders and coatings industry for a skilled Trade Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, gain access to products, and deliver product information.

About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers to gain access to products and product information such as paints or architecture coatings. You will work fulltime with the flexibility of working a 9-day fortnight. This position provides full training to ensure you have the knowledge required to assist all customers over the phone and in person on the specialised product.

This is the perfect role for someone who has strong customer service experience, great communication, and a background in the Stores / Warehousing industries.

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Gain access to products and deliver product information
  • Work fulltime with flexibility

What We're Looking For

You will need:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Previous experience with render, texture and paint products is highly desirable
  • Background in a Storeperson or Warehouse Assistant role advantageous
  • Forklift ticket is ideal but not essential
  • Great communication skills
  • Drivers Licence and reliable transport
  • 2 x work related references from recent employment
