Digital Campaign Specialist

This position involves overseeing the execution of effective digital campaigns, focusing on delivering optimal results and building strong client relationships.
We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital brief responses, work-in-progress reviews, quarterly assessments, reporting, and campaign performance across multiple channels.
You will collaborate with our internal team and clients to develop future-focused testing and optimisation roadmaps, ensuring that campaigns achieve their maximum potential and meet client objectives.
- Oversee and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms, including SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA360/GA4, DV360, and Trade Desk.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and leading on search strategy, partnerships, and technology opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Director to handle client WIP and reporting meetings, discussing upcoming initiatives and providing analysis and insights beyond numbers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in implementing digital campaigns and managing large client budgets within a marketing agency.
- Strong project management skills, enabling concurrent guidance of a team and individual task list.
- Demonstrated expertise in articulating media strategy into performance media solutions and accountability for achieving performance targets.
