Parts Advisor Role

Established in the industry for almost a century, our esteemed organization has earned a reputation for excellence. We're seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering accurate and timely information regarding parts needs.
  • Deal with front counter enquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Locate Cat parts for customers and technicians.
  • Follow up and action outstanding jobs related to parts inquiries and customer concerns.
  • Perform system-based parts interpretation using various digital and print resources.
  • Conduct parts warehousing tasks, including receiving, order picking, and dispatch.
  • Ensure adherence to company accounts receivable processes in relation to parts sales transactions.
  • Assist with the operation of display areas and maintain stock cleanliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • Mechanical knowledge and a background in earthmoving and/or automotive.
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experience working on different systems/databases.
  • Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar products (desired but not essential).
