We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team at Milestones Early Learning Swansea. Located on the picturesque Central Coast, our 72-place centre offers an interest-based learning curriculum catering to children from 6 weeks of age to school age.
About the Role- Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes excellence in early childhood education.
- Develop and implement educational programs that inspire a lifelong love of learning, connecting children to their local community and primary school.
- Design, implement, and evaluate programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child, ensuring seamless transitions to formal schooling.
- Contribute to maintaining exceptional National Quality Standards by supporting centre initiatives and staff professional development.
- A degree in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant teaching registration (if applicable).
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
- A valid first aid certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- A strong commitment to nurturing young minds and advancing the field of early childhood education.
