We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our transaction and commercial advisory engagements for government and private clients. This is a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of significant public sector and social infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex deals, winning work, shaping strategy, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial and financial structuring solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage risk allocation.
  • Provide probity support and evaluate bids.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in transactions, commercial advisory, project finance, or major projects advisory.
  • Exposure to infrastructure sectors - preferably social infrastructure, but transferable experience from transport, energy, utilities, defence or property will be highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers.
