Digital Health Testing and Release Optimization Specialist

The Digital Health Testing and Release Optimization Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing and release processes of new software enhancements, upgrades, packages, and versions in the Digital Health domain.

This role focuses on the Oracle Health Millennium EMR but also includes other clinical systems like BOSSnet Digital Medical Record and iPM Patient Administration System.

The testing aspect of this role requires devising, updating, tracking, and obtaining relevant approvals for the testing strategy and associated plans across current digital health solutions and new solutions.

Ensuring test scripts are kept up-to-date as new functionality is added or workflows change, leading major testing events.

The release aspect of this role involves developing and maintaining a release strategy for Digital Health as a whole.

Ongoing consultation with internal team members and key clinical and operational staff is required to ensure the live environment remains protected through any new releases deployed.

This position works closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high standards for all testing and release tasks.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary degree in healthcare, science, or IT-related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated at least five years' experience in designing and deploying a test strategy and testing approaches within a large, complex project and organization.
  • Experience in various phases of testing, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, data mitigation testing, etc.
  • Holding a Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) v3.1 or V4.0 certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of test standards, tools, methods, and processes consistent with an application management lifecycle.
