We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Optimization to join our growing team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for driving low-cost customer acquisition and high return on ad spend (ROAS) through effective management and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta.
The Role:
Campaign ManagementYou will oversee the day-to-day management of our Google and Meta ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis. Your goal is to ensure our ads perform at their peak, driving tangible results for our business.
To achieve this, you'll need to stay up-to-date with the latest ad management tools and tactics, as well as collaborate closely with our team to implement strategy and best practices. Your insights and efforts will make a direct impact on Joolca's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Setup and Optimisation: Set up, manage, and optimize our Google and Meta ad accounts to drive maximum ROI.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform campaign decisions and improve performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our PPC Lead to implement strategy, follow best practices, and execute paid media plans that align with Joolca's goals.
- CRO Involvement: Be actively involved in conversations around Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), offering insights on how to improve landing pages and user experiences that drive conversions.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets to ensure we maximise ROAS while adhering to campaign spend guidelines.
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Optimization who can hit the ground running. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns with a track record of driving results.
- A strong understanding of ad targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
- Proficiency with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of CRO principles and ability to contribute to discussions on improving landing page performance and user experience.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for working cross-functionally.
