Our organization is seeking a Lead Formworker to spearhead our formwork carpenter team across multiple projects.

This full-time position offers an annual salary between $80,000 and $120,000, plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience. Multiple positions are available for this challenging role.

The key responsibilities include:

- Managing a team of formwork carpenters on various projects

- On-site project management, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently

- Interpreting working plans and executing them accurately

- Constructing and assembling wooden structures and other materials

- Measuring, cutting, and constructing wooden fixtures

- Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety regulations

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

- Relevant qualifications or equivalent employment experience

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
