The Role

We are seeking a highly capable Carpenter / Project Manager who can do it all. This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit behind a desk or only be on the tools — you must be equally comfortable leading projects, managing trades, and getting your hands dirty.

One day you may be in the office organising quotes, scheduling trades, and overseeing budgets. The next, you might be on-site framing, handling demolition, or ensuring site cleanliness. Flexibility and initiative are absolutely essential.

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified Carpenter with strong site and project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage both commercial and residential new builds and fit-outs.
  • Hands-on capability — willing to step in wherever needed, whether it's carpentry, demolition, or site clean-up.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Confidence operating a manual vehicle (company van and truck available).
  • Basic excavation or machinery skills are a bonus.
  • A "get it done" mindset — no complaining, no laziness, just results.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and become an integral part of our high-performing team.
