Part of the group, Robert Plumb Fix, is a premium building company specialising in delivering comprehensive high-end renovations and additions in the residential sector. We manage the entire building process in close collaboration with leading architects and interior designers. Our team of experienced Carpenters play a vital role in the successful delivery and completion of each project, with a solid understanding of building principles, architectural details, and site set-out.

With new projects in the pipeline, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Leading Hand Carpenters to join our team.

About the role _

  • Support the Site Foreman by leading and mentoring a team of carpenters and apprentices, assigning tasks, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and driving site productivity.
  • Execute high-quality carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project timelines and the coordination required with other trades.
  • Accurately interpret and implement site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and materials to support efficient site operations.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/Certificates _

  • Experience in high-end residential projects
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • Drivers licence (own vehicle)
  • White card
  • Tools
