Learning and Development Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

Salary and Benefits
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of up to $38.99 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, comprehensive induction and training program, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
- Engage and supervise children at all times.
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
Requirements
- AACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
- Will to travel between other local services.
- Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm.
