Role Overview

This role is an integral part of our Regulatory Practice Group (RPG), responsible for interacting with regulators, coordinating input for internal governance meetings, management and board reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections and communications
  • Tracking regulatory findings and observations and any remedial commitments to regulators
  • Building and maintaining regulatory relationships in Australia and New Zealand
  • Monitoring firm-wide correspondences with Australian and New Zealand regulators
  • Partnering with the Legal Department to provide regulatory advice to other areas of the firm

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, audit or operational support areas of investment banks or securities firms
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
