
Client Support Specialist

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will involve managing staff rosters, coordinating with staff to accommodate availability and client needs, and monitoring schedules to address any changes or emergencies.
Key responsibilities include conducting initial client intake, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, and performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. You will also be responsible for generating reports and providing data analysis to support service delivery.
In addition, you will provide training and guidance to new staff members on administrative procedures and client management systems, and act as a point of contact for staff queries related to rostering and client services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant qualifications and experience in social or human services, health and social community services. Minimum Cert IV.
- Proficiency in using client management systems and office software.
