
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the media industry and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will provide support through all aspects of implementation planning and buying, including traditional media and online media. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders and internal reports.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of core marketplace processes and our way of working.
- Delivering on all aspects of the role in an efficient and effective manner.
Success in this role looks like establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders within 3 months, demonstrating a strong understanding of the agency proposition within 3 months, delivering on all aspects of the role within 6 months, and taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients within 12 months.
