Job Title: Brand Ambassador for Premium Spirits

Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a dynamic pop-up environment. You will offer tastings of premium spirits, engage customers, and maintain visual merchandising and stock standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively approach customers to spark conversations and convert interest into sales
  • Offer guided tastings of premium spirits to create memorable brand experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising and stock standards to ensure the pop-up always looks exceptional
  • Operate POS systems, iPads, and activation tools, and manage daily set-up and pack-down outside trading hours

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with KPIs in luxury retail or premium spirits environments, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently engage with customers and build instant rapport
  • Flawless grooming and professional presentation to represent a premium Australian brand
  • Results-driven, confident, and engaging, with a proactive approach to closing sales
  • Knowledge of or interest in premium spirits, with the ability to speak confidently about flavor profiles and product qualities (full training provided)
  • Over 18 with a valid RSA certificate (NSW for Sydney roles, VIC for Melbourne roles)
  • Availability on weekends and flexibility for varying shifts
