Pharmacist Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious pharmacist looking to take their career to the next level.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the dispensary, ensuring accurate and efficient operations, and meeting all professional and ethical requirements as a registered pharmacist.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, empower patients to manage their health and wellbeing through health promotion and education, and maintain strong relationships with allied health professionals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing a busy dispensary, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operation of the dispensary
  • Meet all professional and ethical requirements as a registered pharmacist
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote health and wellbeing
  • Maintain strong relationships with allied health professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
  • Current General Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
  • Previous use of the FRED dispensing system (preferred)
  • Ability to work Sunday - Thursday (negotiable)
