Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Service Delivery Manager to ensure the success of customer objectives by managing the planning and execution of contractual obligations and coordinating the interaction of internal, partner, and customer resources towards the completion of key service milestones.

This role is critical in driving effective service delivery and communication as a key business interface for our customers. You will be responsible for escalation management, ownership, facilitation, action plan definition, coordination, and driving the escalation to closure.

Your end-to-end ownership of service delivery will include service transition and transformation, migration, and operations. You will also be responsible for SLA/KPI management, ensuring that KPIs/SLAs and service delivery milestones are met.
