We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless order delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely payment collection.

  • Confirm final payment has been made on all orders before arranging delivery. Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize logistics.
  • Plan and schedule delivery runs by day and locality to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Book carriers and obtain quotes as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service on dispatch-related issues such as delays, special requests, and payments.
  • Liaise with showroom managers to resolve issues related to delivery and despatch of stock, special requests, and other matters.
  • Support the marketing and design teams in coordinating showroom changes and photo shoots.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into our system regarding payments, customer details, customer requests, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer service team and advise on any dispatch or payment issues.
  • Contact customers regarding delivery dates and times of products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary.

Prior experience in dispatch or coordination is essential. You will be required to provide high levels of customer service and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
