This role involves:
- Developing and rolling out the local HR strategy for a large automated distribution centre in the Southern Hemisphere.
- Establishing, optimizing, and further developing HR processes and methods.
- Leading the planning, negotiation, and submission of the Enterprise Agreement and Employee Relations Strategy.
- Coordinating recruiting campaigns and collaborating with leaders, HR, marketing, and communications teams.
- Providing expert advice on all aspects of HR and HR Project activities.
- Maintaining HR Information Systems and liaising with external payroll providers.
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent and a proven track record in NSW. You've implemented enterprise agreements and have working knowledge of the Fair Work Act. Your independent and structured way of working helps build strong relationships, and you're comfortable with flexible working hours involving differing time zones, shift work, or weekends.
Key Skills
- Building an entire new team from scratch

- Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
