About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at Stopgap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and schedule engaging content to build brand awareness across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and objectives.
  • Assist in creating and refining content for both internal and external audiences, using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials, ads, and campaigns.
  • Oversee and update the marketing calendar, track project timelines, and coordinate publication schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Handle internal and external briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with strategy, and executed to high standards.
About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic marketer with a passion for people-centred, meaningful communications. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing skills to support all aspects of content creation and brand storytelling.
  • Excelling in written and verbal communication, essential for maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Thriving in a collaborative environment and contributing positively to the company culture.
  • Able to work full-time in the office.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
