About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Navitas. As a key member of our University Partnerships division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of content, creative, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal traffic and workflow for the division, ensuring tasks are kept on track and workflows are smooth.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management, including liaising with college staff to ensure briefs are well-written, achievable, and delivered on time.
  • Own print and merchandising projects across our divisional portfolio, including organizing proposals and quotations, ordering, pricing, and liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as invoicing, raising purchase orders, file management, and website maintenance.
  • Support the Senior Creative Manager with campaign development across Navitas colleges and campuses, including campaign planning, concept development, content ideation, and copywriting.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or a related degree.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Thorough attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An interest in creative marketing and copywriting.
  • An ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
