The Role

You will be part of a team supporting the delivery of electoral events under the Electoral Integrity Framework. Your key responsibilities will include contributing to election planning, management, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing event plans to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Supervising temporary election staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Providing support during peak periods, including managing workload and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in major event administration, with a focus on logistics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility
