The Role:

You'll lead a talented team responsible for the overall performance of an iconic A-Grade asset housing renowned global tenants and luxury retailers.

This will involve delivering exceptional quality of service to clients and customers developing strategic plans for the property and working closely with building owners to optimize asset performance.

The asset has a 5-star NABERS energy rating and 5.5-star NABERS water rating with ongoing emphasis on efficiencies to achieve sustainability outcomes.

The T&G Building is a heritage listed building completed in 1928 and refurbished in 2018 it's established a great community and destination for retail and food offerings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial analysis
  • Budget preparation
  • Monthly reporting of arrears
  • Workplace Health and Safety
  • Sustainable opportunities
Requirements:

You'll need strong experience in property/asset management ideally on an A-Grade asset although this role would also be suitable for a rising star who has demonstrated superior service delivery in commercial property management capacity.

Effective communication interpersonal skills problem solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment will be essential.

You should be able to build and embed strong work ethics in people's values while keeping them well trained and motivated.
