As a senior financial planning and analysis leader, you will play a pivotal part in driving business success through strategic financial decision-making.
- Your primary responsibility will be to lead the financial planning & analysis function for our infrastructure solutions business, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes are in place.
- You will manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services and insightful analysis to the business.
- Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges, enabling informed business decisions.
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the business, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Provide value-added financial services, analysis, and support as required, driving business growth and profitability.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a finance or accounting capacity.
- A degree qualification in Finance or Commerce is highly desirable, with advanced proficiency in financial modelling, planning, and Excel.
- You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- CA or CPA membership is preferred, along with solid IT skills, including experience with Power BI and other digital applications.
- A background in using large ERP systems is advantageous.
