Role Overview

As our Content Creator, you will be the creative engine behind our social media growth. You'll ideate, script, film, edit, and publish high-performing content across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You'll blend creativity with analytics, constantly iterating to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.

This role is perfect for someone who is both a visionary storyteller and a data-driven strategist, capable of building viral momentum while shaping a cohesive brand presence.

This role is also ideal for someone eager to accelerate their career by learning directly from experienced business leaders, while having the resources and healthy budgets to experiment, test, and trial creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form videos with high production value.
• Create scroll-stopping thumbnails, hooks, captions, and titles optimised for virality.
• Bring a fun, relatable, and fresh angle to footcare content.

• Growth & Engagement

• Grow and scale our audience across all platforms, aiming for exponential reach.

• Experiment with trends, formats, and storytelling techniques to drive viral reach.
• Engage with communities via comments, collaborations, and live content.

• Analytics & Optimisation

• Track KPIs (views, watch time, engagement, retention, CTR).

• A/B test content strategies to continuously improve performance.
• Report insights and implement learnings for growth acceleration.

• Collaboration & Brand Building

• Work with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy.

• Partner with influencers, creators, and brands to expand reach.
• Ensure brand voice and aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.

Requirements

• Highly creative with a proven ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas and keep up with social media trends.
• Expert in content creation for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and long-form YouTube videos.
• Strong video editing skills (Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).

·       On-Camera Presence (rare but optional): While this is primarily a behind-the-scenes role, it's a bonus if you're occasionally comfortable stepping in front of the camera to add personality and storytelling flair.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with marketing teams, influencers, and partners.
• Organisation & Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet publishing deadlines, and maintain a consistent posting cadence.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, viral mechanics, and audience psychology.
• Creative storyteller with an eye for design, trends, and cultural moments.
• Highly organised, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in brand partnerships, monetisation, or community building.
