Job Description Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative education content strategies.
Produce written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to target audiences.
Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on content projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital content and technology.
Assist in the improvement of existing content processes and workflows.
The Successful Applicant A successful Content Creator should have: Proven experience in content creation across multiple formats.
Experience working across education sector.
Knowledge of relevant education standards and assessment frameworks, such as ACARA, QCAA, and NAPLAN.
Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency with content management systems and design tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in digital content.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
A passion for the not-for-profit sector and its values.
