
Claims Resolution Specialist

The purpose of this role is to handle complex claims with professionalism and promptness.
- Investigate, reserve, and adjust personal lines claims effectively.
- Communicate with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
- Adhere to industry regulations and best practices in claims handling.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property claims, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:- Act as a representative for the company while visiting customers.
- Make informed evaluations of damage and quantum.
- Build relationships with brokers and service providers.
- Identify potential fraud and subrogation issues.
- Tertiary qualification (Degree preferred)
- Relevant Industry Qualifications (ANZIIF) or studying towards
- 3+ years experience in handling Property Claims
- Written and verbal communication related to claims handling
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Customer Service Ethic
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Ability to manage self and time effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
