About the Role
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to lead a team of legal officers and provide high-quality legal advice or develop plain language legal information resources.
- Supervise and lead a team in providing timely, high-quality legal services.
- Support and guide staff in the provision of high-quality legal advice and customer service.
- Monitor legal developments to ensure the team's knowledge and resources are up-to-date.
- Resource staff with relevant training and information.
About You
You will be a highly capable and experienced solicitor with a strong background in managing high-volume legal work in dynamic environments.
You must have proven experience in leading and supporting staff remotely, with a proactive and empathetic approach to team management.
Key Requirements
- Admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW.
- Current unrestricted NSW Practising Certificate.
- Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in managing high-volume legal work.
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
