Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt of raw materials, ensuring accurate documentation and correct bin allocation.
  • Perform all weighbridge activities efficiently.
  • Work closely with transportation to plan and prepare for night production, guaranteeing the right product and quantity are available.
  • Dispatch products according to loading sheets.
  • Regularly update and maintain stock inventory records.
  • Source and order necessary mill spares, consumables, and services.
  • Support administration tasks related to Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental Compliance, and maintenance of ISO systems.
  • Assist with FLT cover and general mill support, including preparing micro ads, checking vehicles, and other duties as required.
  • Liaise with office and mill teams to optimize job performance in a cost-effective manner.
