Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various functions and events at our newly amalgamated Dural Country Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an events growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operational departments, and other stakeholders to improve the Club's events offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing functions and events in the wedding, club, or hospitality industry.
  • RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Events, Hospitality, or related field (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills including Excel.
  • Knowledge of cash flow and accounting concepts and systems.
