Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient operation of the function, and assisting with the execution of key initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming communication, screen emails and calls, invitations, and prioritize responses on behalf of the CEO promptly and efficiently.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minute-taking, managing meeting-room bookings, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries for domestic and international trips optimized for the CEO's schedule; ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Prepare, review, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports as required by the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the CEO office, including schedule management, ordering supplies, managing office services, and coordinating events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate setting, and can manage change effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate.
