As a Clinical Coder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate identification of diagnoses, procedures and allied health interventions.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of contributing to the efficient operation of medical records environments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Introductory ICD-10-AM, ACHI and ACS completion or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of recent practical experience in clinical coding within a hospital environment
  • Sound working knowledge of clinical coding principles and standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in information technology
  • Strong team player with effective working relations
