The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Studio Manager / Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing Studio Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our studio, including managing schedules, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Leading and Managing a Team: Lead and motivate a small team of photographers and booking consultants to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to deliver memorable and empowering experiences for our clients, building strong relationships through meaningful conversations and exceptional service.
- Booking Photo Sessions and Design Sale Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, booking photo sessions and conducting design sale consultations to achieve sales targets.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run Studio Operations Efficiently: Ensure the studio is running smoothly, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and Motivate Team Members: Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Deliver Uplifting and Empowering Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to deliver memorable and empowering experiences for our clients, building strong relationships through meaningful conversations and exceptional service.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a Management/Leadership Role: Proven experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of success in driving growth and delivering exceptional results.
