About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Trainer/Coach.

The ideal candidate will be able to connect with people, create a motivating environment, and lead group sessions with confidence and expertise.

As a Trainer/Coach, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy group training sessions that are engaging, challenging, and fun.
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methods and techniques, and adapt your coaching style to meet the needs of our diverse member base.
  • Work collaboratively with other trainers and staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members.
Requirements
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Proven experience in delivering group training sessions
  • A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
