Comprehensive Care Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Comprehensive Care Specialist to deliver exceptional care to patients with varying complexity on a fixed-term contract.   • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated service models and clinical protocols.

  • Provide timely assessments, referrals, accurate information, coordinated care, and follow-up services.
  • Support seamless transitions and facilitate access to necessary resources.
  • Actively participate in clinical review meetings and ongoing professional development.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
