Program Management Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our Program forward, empowered by a bold and innovative approach.

  • Develop a comprehensive framework for program governance, encompassing scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Lead project managers in the execution of their duties, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
  • Establish a program resource plan to ensure the optimal allocation of personnel, skills, facilities, and tools, aligning with customer demands.
  • Design and implement a communications strategy for all stakeholders, facilitating timely and relevant information exchange.
  • Develop a cost management system for the program, ensuring transparent financial controls and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to financial protocols and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with business sponsors and stakeholders, promoting open communication and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Define the program and project structures, as well as governance arrangements, necessary to engage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and support to all team members, empowering growth and recognition among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily management of the Program and its associated resources.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience as a Program/Project manager or equivalent management role.
  • At least 5 years managing technical projects.
  • Experience in managing programs within telecommunications, with knowledge of Mobile Core Networks desirable.
  • PMP certification or equivalent Project Management certification.
