About the Role

The Business Trainee will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant records, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Performing general administration tasks, including mail management, document registration, and creation of forms.
  • Liaising with council staff on software issues affecting information management.
  • Updating website links and maintaining the electronic document management system.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in information management, previous experience in IT (desirable but not essential), and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
