**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our organization. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process payroll for Australian and New Zealand employees in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax, superannuation/KiwiSaver, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (e.g., PAYG, STP).

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
