We are looking for a seasoned regulatory counsel to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to leverage their expertise in shaping the long-term regulatory strategy of a leading global blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex regulatory issues, including licensing and other matters pivotal to the company's growth.
  • Develop strategic plans and submissions to regulatory authorities, respond to enquiries, and foster a culture of compliance.
  • Manage the APAC legal and compliance program and ongoing regulatory strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on current laws relevant to your area to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Admitted to practice in one or more relevant jurisdictions.
  • 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience at crypto exchanges or fintech companies is highly preferred.
  • The role involves non-contentious work; however, candidates with contentious and disputes background are also welcome to apply.
