Job Title

A career as a Field Service Supervisor with our organization presents a unique opportunity to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced mechanical workshop environment. This role requires the ability to oversee daily operations, ensure effective labor utilization, and provide supervision and direction to team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating field service technicians on a day-to-day basis
  • Processing and responding to warranty claims
  • Developing and training field service personnel
  • Communicating clearly and working with all business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers
  • Conducting customer liaison and site visits
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment
  • Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum of 5 years post-trade experience)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is advantageous
  • Strong EHS management culture with a drive and determination to achieve company targets and goals
  • Positive and proactive outlook with excellent communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, reference checks, police checks and regular onsite drug & alcohol testing
